Sponsor Categories

Companies purchasing a sufficient amount of sponsorship items will be considered “ECSCRM 2016 Sponsors”. According to a company’s total offered contribution, different sponsorship categories will be recognized:

Golden sponsor

Golden sponsorship includes:

  • Logo placement in conference sponsors identity page (relevant category and proportional size) included in
    • – book of abstracts
    • – programme booklet
    • – website
    • – selected newsletter
    • – banners & outdoor signage
    • – specific ppt slide before the beginning of each session
  • Advertisement placement in:
    • – 3 newsletters distributed on a monthly basis
    • – venue / halls roll up banner
  • Logo placement on
    • – banner (large size) on every page of the conference website (active link to sponsor’s website)
    • – merchandising items: badge, notebook & pen
  • Company distribution material (provided by the sponsor) in the conference bags
  • Free-admission to the conference for two representatives (no proceedings included), further to the one offered to exhibitors

*Golden Sponsor category will be recognized to the highest sponsorship contribution upon interest submission no later than April, 15th 2016.

Major sponsor

Major sponsorship includes:

  • Logo placement in conference sponsors identity page (relevant category and proportional size) included in
    • – book of abstracts
    • – programme booklet
    • – website
    • – selected newsletter
    • – banners & outdoor signage
    • – specific ppt slide before the beginning of each session
  • Advertisement placement in 2 newsletters distributed on a monthly basis
  • Logo placement on banner (medium size) on every page of the conference website (active link to sponsor’s website)
  • Company distribution material (provided by the sponsor) in the conference bags
  • Free-admission to the conference for one representative (no proceedings included), further to the one offered to exhibitors

Regular sponsor

Regular sponsorship includes:

  • Logo placement in conference sponsors identity page (relevant category and proportional size) included in
    • – book of abstracts
    • – programme booklet
    • – website
    • – selected newsletter
    • – banners & outdoor signage
    • – specific ppt slide before the beginning of each session
  • Advertisement placement in 1 newsletter distributed on a monthly basis
  • Logo placement on banner (small size) on every page of the conference website (active link to sponsor’s website)
  • Company distribution material (provided by the sponsor) in the conference bags

Sustaining sponsor

Sustaining sponsorship includes:

  • Logo placement in conference sponsors identity page (relevant category and proportional size) included in
    • – book of abstracts
    • – programme booklet
    • – website
    • – selected newsletter
    • – banners & outdoor signage
    • – specific ppt slide before the beginning of each session
