Registration and payment guidelines

  • Registration for the conference, as well as the tutorial day, can be done online through a participant’s my·ecscrm account.
  • Please note that once you have registered for a package, it will be not possible to change it by yourself. Towards this aim, you have to send an e-mail with your change request, to ecscrm2016@symvoli.gr .
  • Accompanying persons do not need to create a separate my·ecscrm account for themselves. Their registration, as well as the payment of their fees, can be done through the account of the participant they are accompanying.
  • The last step of the online registration process is the payment of the corresponding fees. Participants can choose between two options, paying by credit card or by direct bank transfer:
    • If the credit card option is selected, the user will be redirected to the secure environment of Alpha Bank where they can safely pay with their credit card online. (Paying with a credit card is the last step of the unified online registration procedure. Therefore, participants are kindly asked to start their registration when they are also ready to make the credit card payment.)
    • If the bank transfer option is selected, then the online procedure ends when the user is presented with the final amount to be paid and the conference bank account data and is asked to make a bank transfer of the specified amount from their bank account to the conference bank account. The transfer has to be carried out by the user, through any available means (bank branch, web-banking, etc) that the user’s bank offers. It will not be done through the conference website. There may be bank charges involved with the bank transfer. The user is kindly asked to cover all such charges and make sure the conference receives the specified amount in its entirety.
  • After a successful registration, participants will receive an e-mail confirmation verifying their registration and payment.
  • Separate receipts will be issued (to the participant’s billing details) for the conference registration, the tutorial day registration and the accompanying persons’ registration. If a different handling is required, participants are kindly asked to contact the conference secretariat at ECSCRM2016@symvoli.gr.

Cancellation Policy

For cancellations made in writing to SYMVOLI | Conference & Cultural Management

  • until (and including) August 30th: the registration fees will be fully refunded.
  • August 31st – September 20th: the registration fees will be refunded, minus an administrative charge of 100€.
  • on and after September 20th: the registration fees will not be refunded.

* Student Status
Student status will be recognized only to PhD and Master students. Post-docs are kindly requested to register as regular participants. Students must provide evidence of their status by sending a student certificate or a copy of a valid student ID to the conference secretariat upon registration.
